Mandala Coloring is a way of relaxing while creating art.
This calming aspect of getting together refreshes your brain and helps balancing your health.
It is meditation in action, while producing your own technique and your talent for yourself.
It is calming, playful, uplifting, and fun.
After a hard day at work, it will make you feel restored because of unwinding in a pleasant setting.
Being attentive to see the colors appearing, has you to forget your troubles for a while.
Focusing on something different, will activate your neurons.
It will help your heart rate to regulate itself, and your body and mind to operate in positive ways.
This event happens each month on the third Wednesday at 6 PM.
